We offer reliable Standard UK Delivery, meaning your premium ride-ons, apparel, and toys will typically arrive within 3-8 business days. Once your magical parcel is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow its journey right to your doorstep.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be absolutely delighted with every Elori Baby purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or an item might not be the perfect fit for your little explorer. That is why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy to ensure you can always shop with complete confidence. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Simply reach out to our customer care team with your order number, and we will guide you through the easy steps. Please note that for safety reasons, items like helmets or ride-ons cannot be returned if they have been used outdoors.
